This supplement to our Privacy Policy describes the twelve (12) lead source platforms through which we receive consumer inquiries. For each platform, we disclose the categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the business purposes for which we use it, the third parties with whom we share it, and the legal basis for any voice or SMS contact we initiate in response to your inquiry. Disclosures below comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) §1798.100(b) and the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) as interpreted by the FCC Final Rule of September 2025 and the Eleventh Circuit decision in Insurance Marketing Coalition v. FCC, January 24, 2025.
A. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
Across the twelve lead source platforms listed below, we collect the following categories of personal information as defined by CCPA §1798.140(v): (1) identifiers (name, telephone number, email address, IP address); (2) commercial information (the service category you request, descriptions of the task); (3) geolocation data (ZIP code, neighborhood matching for platforms like Nextdoor); (4) internet or other electronic network activity (for inquiries submitted through our website form); (5) audio or visual information (call recordings for Google LSA inquiries, where applicable and disclosed at the start of the call); and (6) inferences drawn from the foregoing to qualify the inquiry and schedule a response. We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or government identification documents through any lead source channel.
B. Sources of Personal Information
Paid Lead Platforms — Tier A (Prior Express Consent)
Thumbtack Tier A
Thumbtack delivers your service request to us through an inbound webhook when you submit a job posting on the Thumbtack platform. We receive your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, the service category you selected, and the task description you wrote. Because you affirmatively initiated the inquiry on Thumbtack and provided your contact information for the purpose of receiving contractor responses, our subsequent voice call or SMS message is treated as a Tier A Inquiry-Response under TCPA, supported by Prior Express Consent and the Thumbtack Terms of Service consent mechanism.
Yelp Ads delivers consumer lead notifications to us when you respond to one of our advertisements on Yelp or submit an inquiry through the Yelp Request a Quote feature. We receive your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, and the service category you requested. Because you affirmatively initiated the inquiry on Yelp and consented to contractor contact through the Yelp platform, our subsequent voice or SMS contact is a Tier A Inquiry-Response under TCPA, supported by Prior Express Consent.
Angi Leads (operated by Angi, Inc., formerly Angie List and HomeAdvisor) delivers consumer leads to us through its Angi Leads service when you submit a service request describing the project you need completed. We receive your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, service category, and the task description you provided. Our subsequent voice or SMS contact is a Tier A Inquiry-Response under TCPA, supported by Prior Express Consent through the Angi platform.
Google Local Services Ads (LSA) routes consumer inquiries to us through its message inbox and direct-call interface. We receive your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, service category, and the task description you submitted. For inbound calls originating through Google LSA, call recording may apply and we disclose recording at the start of the call as required by California Penal Code §632 (the California Invasion of Privacy Act). Google also retains its own copy of the inquiry data under its Local Services Ads privacy terms. Our outbound response is a Tier A Inquiry-Response under TCPA, supported by Prior Express Consent.

Third parties:
Twilio (carrier), OpenAI (voice AI), Google (LSA partner)
Google Business Profile (GBP) is a public business listing service. When you find our business through Google Search or Google Maps and click the call button or send a message, Google reports the interaction to us along with metadata such as the timestamp and the click source. We do not receive your personal contact information from Google unless you yourself communicate it to us during the call or message. Because GBP is a public listing rather than a paid lead channel, our handling of your information is governed by your direct interaction with us rather than by any platform consent mechanism.
Apple Business Connect provides our public business listing on Apple Maps and related Apple services. When you click the call button or directions link on our Apple Maps listing, Apple reports the interaction event to us in aggregated form. We do not receive your personal contact information from Apple unless you yourself communicate it to us during the call. As with Google Business Profile, this is a public listing channel, not a paid lead channel.
Nextdoor is a neighborhood social network. When you contact us through a Nextdoor business page or neighborhood recommendation thread, Nextdoor may share with us your Nextdoor profile name, your neighborhood, and the content of the message you sent. We receive this information through the Nextdoor business messaging interface. Nextdoor retains its own copy of the message under its own privacy policy.
Our Facebook business page is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you publicly comment on, like, or share a post on our Facebook page, Meta makes that interaction visible to us with your Facebook profile name attached. If you send a direct message to our Facebook page, Meta delivers the message to us through the Facebook Page Inbox. We do not initiate outbound voice or SMS contact from a Facebook Page interaction unless you separately provided a telephone number through another channel that established TCPA consent.
Our Instagram business profile is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Public comments, likes, and shares on our Instagram posts are visible to us with your Instagram handle attached. Direct messages sent to our Instagram inbox are delivered to us through the Instagram messaging interface. We do not initiate outbound voice or SMS contact from an Instagram interaction unless you separately provided a telephone number through another channel that established TCPA consent.
Our WhatsApp Business account is operated through a Meta Business API integration provisioned via Twilio. When you initiate a chat with our WhatsApp Business number, Meta delivers your inbound message, your WhatsApp display name, and your phone number to us. Under the Meta WhatsApp Business policy, we may respond within a twenty-four-hour customer service window without separate prior express written consent, because your initiation of the chat constitutes inbound initiation consent. Outbound messages outside the twenty-four-hour window require a Meta-approved message template and applicable TCPA consent.
When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect the information you enter in the form (name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, service category, and a task description) along with your IP address for fraud prevention. The contact form includes a Prior Express Written Consent (PEWC) checkbox required for TCPA Tier B promotional outreach. Unchecked PEWC limits our follow-up to the specific service you inquired about (Tier A Inquiry-Response). Checked PEWC enables marketing follow-up under TCPA 47 CFR §64.1200(f)(8).
When you reply to one of our service postings on Craigslist, Craigslist delivers your reply through its anonymized email relay. We receive your reply message content and the contact information you chose to include in the message. Craigslist itself acts as a manual posting board and does not provide a programmatic API for lead delivery; we process Craigslist replies manually.
We use lead source personal information for the following business purposes, all within the scope of CCPA §1798.140(e): (a) to respond to your service inquiry by voice call or SMS message; (b) to qualify the inquiry, schedule a site visit, and dispatch a contractor where applicable; (c) to comply with legal record-keeping obligations including consent records under the TCPA and the California Public Utilities Commission rules; (d) to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use of our services; and (e) to maintain quality assurance through call review and AI-assisted transcript analysis. We do not sell lead source personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California Civil Code §1798.140(ah).
D. Third Parties
We share lead source personal information with the following categories of service providers and platform partners, each bound by a written agreement that limits their use of the information to providing services on our behalf: (i) telecommunications carriers (Twilio, Inc.) for voice call and SMS message routing; (ii) artificial intelligence service providers (OpenAI, ElevenLabs) for real-time speech recognition, text-to-speech rendering, and dialog model inference during inbound calls; (iii) the originating lead platform itself (Thumbtack, Yelp, Angi, Google, Apple, Nextdoor, Meta) which retains its own copy under its own privacy policy; and (iv) cloud hosting providers (Cloudflare Pages for website content, our managed virtual private server provider for application backend). We do not share lead source data with advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics platforms that perform cross-site behavioral profiling.
