Send service notifications and account updates via SMS or email.

3. Information Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers essential to our operations:

Telephony & messaging providers — call routing, SMS delivery, and phone number management.
AI & voice processing providers — real-time voice AI and text-to-speech synthesis during calls.
Calendar & cloud providers — appointment scheduling and cloud infrastructure.

4. Data Security

SMS message history — retained for 180 days.
Contractor billing data — retained for 7 years per IRS requirements.
Usage logs — retained for up to 12 months for analytics purposes.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Social Media Account Connections

When you connect your Instagram Business account through our platform, we access and store:

Instagram access tokens are retained until you disconnect your account or request deletion. Long-lived tokens expire after 60 days and are automatically refreshed while your account is active. You may disconnect your Instagram account at any time from your dashboard, which immediately revokes our access.

TikTok

We use this information solely to publish marketing video content to your TikTok account, only in accordance with the posting schedule you configure. All content posted through our platform is disclosed as AI-generated using TikTok's built-in disclosure mechanism (is_aigc).

Your use of TikTok is subject to TikTok's Privacy Policy at tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy. Next Unit Pro LLC is not affiliated with TikTok Inc. or ByteDance Ltd.

TikTok access tokens expire after 24 hours and are automatically refreshed using your refresh token (valid 365 days). You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from your dashboard.

Data Deletion

You may disconnect any connected social account at any time from your dashboard, which immediately deletes your access token from our systems. For Instagram data deletion requests submitted directly through Meta, we process them automatically. You will receive a confirmation code and can check deletion status at the URL provided in the confirmation response.
